Abstract
This study explores the influence of personalized digital health applications on medication adherence among patients with chronic conditions. Digital health apps, customized to individual needs, are increasingly used to remind patients to take medications, track health indicators, and offer real-time feedback. A cross-sectional survey was conducted using a structured questionnaire among patients using personalized digital apps. Data were analyzed statistically to determine significant associations between app usage and medication adherence rates. Findings suggest that personalized digital health tools can significantly improve adherence through tailored reminders, educational content, and interactive feedback mechanisms. The study discusses implications for healthcare delivery and future directions in digital health research.
